This is truly one of Australia’s greatest shames. Open Support has created a safe haven for domestic and family violence survivors. They work especially with women and children from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds, who face additional barriers to seeking safety. Of the women they support, almost half are on temporary visas.
