Commissioend by the American Theatre Wing, “In The Field” is an exploration of grassroots theatre in the American South.

The film follows The NOLA Project - a diverse collection of actors, writers, directors, designers and all-around adventurers based in New Orleans. The stories of individual company members unfold as they work together to produce an original production with limited resources, no home base, in a city overflowing with characters, conflict, and creativity.
